The essence of the information portal is to provide the site users with the information on one or several subject areas. It is known that the truth is born in arguments, thus beside provision of the information it is important to provide the feedback with the site visitors, the opportunity to discuss the information, the opportunity to share or request the information.
In order to make the site “live” and developing it is required to attract the audience to it, to form constant communities. The project success depends upon the quality and the range of the audience.

The design of the information portal is usually developed for the functionality, development, flexibility – the so called “textual design”. However, despite the minimum of the graphic elements it may be more complex to project such design than the most creative promo-site, because every small point – title, menu, color of the text and the background – should be thoroughly prepared.
