The enterprise was established in 1932. In 1992 it was reorganized to joint-stock company with open liability named "Abreshim", on the base of which in 1999 Tajik-American Joint Venture "Abreshim"was established. The founders of JV "Abreshim" are JSC
"Abreshim"and "Carrera USA" company.

There is Weaning factory, Spinning factory, Dye-finishing factory, Clothes manufacture and other subsidiary services in the Joint Venture.
Specialization of JV "Abreshim" are:
· cotton fabric;
· cotton yarm;
· men's and children's shirts;
· Sewing products (bed clothes, table clothes, tea napkins, jagguard and waffel
towels).
Our company has modern technological equipment:
· spinning equipment for producing cotton yarn;
· weaving equipments (STB) and jagguard mashines;
· dyeing equipments for the yarn dyeing;
· equipments for the fabric dyeing and finishing.
Capacity of our company is:
· cotton yarn - 2000 tn;
· fabric - 7 million meters;
· sewing products - 2 million units.
Our products are exported to foreign countries such as Italy, USA, South Korea, Malta, San
Marino.
