The art of weaving magnificent, beautiful carpets was born many centuries
ago. The secrets of medieval weavers have been preserved into these days. One of those who continue this marvelous tradition is OJSC "Carpets of Kayrakkum" - the largest enterprise in Tajikistan producing woolen and semi-woolen yarn, carpets and carpet goods, woolen blankets, tufted floor coverings,

cotton yarn and fabrics, polypropylene threads, sacks, sacks for granular
materials and string bags for vegetables.
The company employs a number of professional artists and skilled weavers, who took on the centuries-old traditions of Tajik carpet-making, with its peculiar technological and artistic traits, and enriched the folk artists' experience with the principles of Russian and European carpet weaving.
